The games scheduled for May 27th have been cancelled due to the inclement weather, which would certainly create enormous strain on our membership, referees, and fields.
The PIT's policy is to notify our membership and referee crews via email at least 1 hour before game time to avoid unnecessary travel, thus having a current and activated email within your player profile is vital. Please take this time to update player profiles today. The PIT Crew will begin the rescheduling process this afternoon. The PIT Crew will attempt to take in as many ORIGINAL schedule request submitted during registration, but our rain out dates were predetermined when making the Summer schedule, so concessions may have to be made.

The rain outs are staring to accumulate and the PIT Crew is going to attempt to fill all the allocated slots in early June (June 2,3 currently) before moving further into the schedule. This is necessary in order to keep slots in reserve just in case we run into another rainy period as we are experiencing currently.
